I got a offer letter from Cape Breton University,canada for B.ET Electrical and instrumentation. Should i go or stay back and do engg india?

Cape Breton is not a reputed university. You can try for good universities like McGill, Toronto, UBC, Concordia, Carleton, McMaster, Ryerson, Western Ontario, Ottawa and few more universities which has very good reputation.
