I got a percentage below 50% in my graduation and I want to go for MBA... so is there any possibility to get admitted in some good B Scool?

I want to complete my MBA with some good B School from where i would get a fair output... and right now i am working with a company on a sales process and i hope it might help me in my future career....any kind of help and advice will be appreciated?
