I got a provisional certificate but I didn't get a degree certificate. Will I be allowed to go for the interview?
I have completed B.Tech in correspondence in 2015. I got a provisional certificate, overall marksheet, but I didn't get my degree certificate.

As long as the provisional certificate is valid on the date of the interview, you should be able to appear for you interview. You can present your provisional certificate as proof of completion of course.
