i got a rank 39200 in gate examination,,then where should i get seat in m-tech in ece branch subjects
can i get mtech seat in a better college.
is there any chance for getting seat in any university?
can i expect stifund for this rank in colleges.

You can get admission in any government engineering college with gate score. Stipend is applicable for all full time regular students of govt. colleges only. Private colleges do not give stipend.
