I got a rank of 23000 in JEE Mains paper 2. Which colleges can I get?

Assuming you are from general category, on the basis of paper - 2, with JEE Mains, you are likely to get private colleges only. Go for their entrance if you wish to. Moreover, try to GET into colleges through NATA scores (if given). Best of luck.
