I got a rank of 78810 in JEE Mains and got into the top NIT for CSE but due to my financial condition left the seat. What should I do?

I am from Nepal and through DASA 2025 got the seat. The total fee for a 4 year course is INR 20 lakh. My father is 55+ years in age my family income is less than 1 lakh per year. Was my decision good?
