I got a seat in B.Tech IT in Gayatri vidya parishad engineering. Can I change my group in 2nd year from IT to CSE?

Hello Rus Manozna, normally speaking colleges do allow students to change their branch in second year. This of course is subject to fulfilment of many things. I suggest that you should meet administration department of your college. They will guide correctly on this issue. Best wishes to you.
