I got a seat of ME in both CET bhubaneswar (a state govt college) and Nit sikkim. So please give some suggestion which one would be better?

A NIT would be better than a state colelge but then NIT Sikkim is comparatively new. So in my opinion the balance would tilt in favor of CET Bhubaneshwar as on date. Opt for CET Sarthakk.
