Hello Rohit, CBSE has announced cut offs under different catagories. It varies from 74 to -36. What it means is one is eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. But even if you have got less than cutoffs you can still apply to other than NIT / IIT institutions which have their admissions based on marks o
