I got a total of 86% (92.25 in best 4) in my class 12th ISC board exams. Can I get admission in FYBA under OBC in St. Xavier's Mumbai?

The cut off for St. Xavier's College for FYBA is quite high. Around 95%-98%. There is no OBC quota here. The only reservations provided are management quota, a Christian minority and special category that is national level sports or freedom fighter ward or ward of some transferred state worker (high
