I got admission in Manipal uni,. in BAJC so should i have to go there .? hw reputed that institute is in this field.?

I Got mail from manipal st i m selected for this BAJC cource there. i have also applied for symbiosis institute bt there i was not able to get. so do i have go for manipal. my educational background is science with 82% bt i am interested in the media field.
