I got admission in mechanical part time engineering in msu baroda and currently I am doing B.E. From GEC bharuch where should I go for?

I am Diploma holder in mechanical engineering from GTU passed in 2020. I would also like to know in campus placement freshers with full time are given more preference or part time degree holder, while doing part time degree from MSU I am not going for job, doing degree engineering alone.
