As far as the fees is concerned it is definitely on the higher side. You may also explore SAMVIT School of Infrastructure Business, which offers PGD in Infrastructure Business with Project Managment as specialisation. Fees is Rs. 3,00,000 for two year full time PGP recognised by University of Mysore
