I got admission in RTU-Kota in petrochemical in first choice but I want CS in a good college of Rajasthan through REAP. What should I do?

You should apply in upward movement of REAP.

if you are lock your petrochemical seat in counseling,then no other option,if you are not attend counselling then you can change your stream.
