With the rank of 4643 general category, I don't think you will get IHM-Bangalore, and I am not sure about Hyderabad. But, there is no harm in going to spot round and try your luck. All the best.

It would be very difficult to get into IHM, Bangalore. Your best bet is IHM, Hyderabad. But Hyderabad, based on last years round 3 cutoff, would not be possible for you. Last year, the final cutoff for Hyderabad was 4100 range. But things may change this year. Put Hyderabad as your first preference.
