I got allotment in Vignan University for EEE branch in first counselling. Can I get CSE in second round?

Hello Rohit, Seats fall vacant for subsequent rounds of counselling, only when students are willing to give up seats obtained in previous rounds. I really doubt, if anyone with CS will like to give up. Hence, I am afraid your chances are minimal.
