I got an overall 5.5 bands (L:5.5, R:6, W:5.5 and S:5.5). Am I eligible to get admission in a Canadian College for Bachelors?

You need a minimum overall score of 6.5, with a minimum score of 6.0 in each category for the Academic test. Minimum accepted scores vary depending on institution requirements.
