I got an overall of 52% in ISC board exams. Can I appear for NEET UG 2019? I belong to OBC category.

I got 52% in 12th and I belong to OBC category.

Yes, you can appear for NEET. Class 12th marks are taken into consideration at the time of admissions, but if you score really well in NEET, you can be in top ranks. So, just don't care about class 12th marks now and start preparing for NEET.
