No, you may not get any MBBS seat. You should appear NEET 2

Then, is it possible to get admission in BDS with 250 marks? As, I belong to general category.

It will be very difficult to get seat, but if you belong to SC ST Category, then maybe you can get one.

The marks you have got are very less, qualifying marks for general category are 498 and 345 for SC/ST. Hence, you should prepare for NEET 2017.
