I got B.Tech mechanical engg. I have paid all the fee including hostel but have not submitted the affidavit. Can I go for CSAB round?

    Yes, you can go for CSAB round, even if you have submitted the affidavit. After you got other college in CSAB, your money will get transferred to the new college.
