I got back in math and I got 20 marks is this possible if I apply for scrutiny and I'll be getting passing marks. Please tell me.

You can go for scrutiny if confident but generally more than 99% of cases get dropped because only the sum of marks given by the examiner are recounted. So this is better to reappear in failed subject, so that you can score much better marks.
