I got BIIB Institute, can it be changed because it doesn't have HR? What if I want to go for HR in 2 years?

I got 48% in CAT, 46% in CMAT, 66.17% in MAT, 7.8 CGPA in 10th, 83% in 12th and graduation-72%(2 years aggregate).

Firstly, specialization is allotted in the first year itself, so you can't switch it in second year. And, more importantly, if you want HR as specialization, you can look for BIMM or BIMHRD. You can ask about the change procedure by approaching Admission Cell of college. Good luck.
