I got CGPA 9.6 in Andhra Pradesh Intermediated exams. , and 91 percentile in JEE (Mains). Whether I got CSE seat in SASTRA UNIVERSITY.

Kindly, use the Shiksha's college predictor. It's the best method to predict a college on the basis of rank obtained in JEE Mains. You would get a good idea.
