YES you can get a seat in LPU, You can even try for improving your scholarship by writing LPUNEST.
Since you have not provided the conversion factor of CGPA to marks, I wont be able to tell you the scholarship on basis of your 10+2 score.

Due to the current situation i.e. COVID-19, the eligibility criteria is a bit relaxed and the admissions are being done online.
The eligibility criteria for B.Tech is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics, and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST. LPUNEST will be exempted in case student has scored more than or equal to 90 percentile in JEE Mains or 90% aggregate marks in 10+2.
For admission, you have to visit the website as admissions are being done online due to the current situation. The last date of admission to avail maximum scholarship is 15th July 2020.
