I got CSE in KTR with rank 4585 but my PCM aggregate is 53%. Am I still eligible?

Maybe not. Because your marks will not satisfy the eligibility criteria. (60% in PCM). But you can get SRM Sonepat or NCR. (They require 55%), SRM University kattankulathur eligibility criteria has been changed for academic year 2022–23. As they were considered last minimum 55% in pcm but this year
