I got CSE in siksha o anusadsan (soa) should I take admissions in it (what about placements and average package ( and also fees structure.

    Yes, inter is good at placements, especially if you have taken CSE branch. Companies like Amazon come with a package of 11-14 Lacs, also TCS Infosys and Wipro come for 3.5 Lacs.
