i got DG/PI call frm xiss ranchi n doon business school dehradun,which is better in terms of living experience,govt recognition n placement?

I am an MBA aspirant.I got GD/PI calls also from koshy's inst of managmt n national school of business.MY xat percentile is 55.47.im also awaiting for mat feb 2013 result.please suggest me the best one in terms of living experience and placement.i want to take up HR in management+ sap certification
