I got ECE in CVSR in the 1st year & have to pay the fees for books and dress, how should I proceed?

Yeah you have to pay if you want library books. You will be given the books required for the semister and you have to return after completing the semister and take the books of the next semister.and if you need any other books which they have not given . They will give library cards . you can use
