    There are less chances to get IITs but perhaps new IITs might admit you.

    I don't think you can get any seat in IIT at this rank as there is only 10 % reservation for EWS category and the total seat in IITs are near to 12k.

    Difficult but keep watching at JoSAA 2019 round 1's opening and closing ranks.
