I got failed in maths (PCM) but my result is pass why?
I had 6 subjects and cbse replaced my maths with additional subject. Their is no compartment and no improvement for additional subjects so what should i do now. Can i take admission in college with this result.
-
You must have chosen an extra subject which leads you to get a pass on your Certificate. Because CBSE has replaced your mathematics subjects, you are unquestionably qualified to apply for admission to any college based on the remaining five subjects that you have passed. With the addition of the new subjects, the remaining five subjects have become your main subjects, and you must select this project as one of your main subjects before applying to any institution or university for a degree.

You are definitely eligible to take admission in any college according to the rest of the five subjects in which you have passed, because CBSE has replaced your mathematics subjects. With the additional subjects, it means that now the rest of the five subjects are your main subjects, and you have to choose this project, as a main subject and can apply in any college or university for graduation degree.

In my opinion, you should talk to your school management. So, they can escalate this problem to the CBSE and can provide you proper guidance. If you are overall passed candidate you can get admission in respective field but you can't go for the courses in which the subjects which you are failed required.

If your overall result is shown pass, then you are pass but still clearify with your exam board results before taking admissions in any college.

Well, if you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all three in your Bachelor's degree you should first understand and analyze that which subject you like the most and you are highly interested in. Then devote atleast a year and evaluate the scope of M.Sc in that particular subject, study it and then select the subject. Don't be in a rush, take your time.
