I got failed in my 12t exams now what should I do now? Should I go nios(national open schooling? or is there any way I can go abroad on 10th grade basis so that I can do my secondory education first there and then my graduation also?
or can I do diploma on my 10th grade basis abroad?

Try for second attempt and if you are not ready or not able to clear boards then surely go for NIOS coz that's the only thing left then. For going abroad you have to clear 12th with good marks.

Or cant I do diploma there on my 10th standad babsis like in india we can do diploma on 10th basis also

You can go abroad and continue your HSc through NIOS. NIOS having study centers in middle east countries like UAE, Qatar,Bahrain etc. The syllabus is comparatively easy,so that you can pass HSc within one year.After Passing NIOS, you can join for Graduation.
