    As your rank is somewhat high so it is difficult for you to get CSE in NIT Rourkela but you can try in EEE or IT in this college or you can also apply in other colleges. No. NTA has clearly mentioned that ot will not change the dates of JEE Main exam of there is a clash of dates with any other examinations.
