I got first allotment at TKM College, Kollam for electronic and electrical engg. Can I get admission at TVM through second allotment?

<p>At the college of TKM, Kollam if you get first allotment, for Electrical and Electronics Engineering, you can still get admission in a college in Thiruvananthapuram (TVM) through the second allotment. This is possible if your rank meets the cutoff for the TVM college and if seats are available in the second round or next round.</p>
