where can i get in colleges like IIIT hyd,bangalore,NIITs...??

You can have chances for admission in IIIT Bangalore. And, NIIT does not offer any degree.

sorry my friend being an OC student you don't have any chance of getting into NIT's with your rank. If you are very desperate to do M.Tech from a good college then writ GATE next year and achieve good rank to get into them.All the best
