I got good marks in HSC but failed to clear JEE Mains. Should I drop one year for JEE Mains preparation? Can you suggest some other way?

If you are interested in doing engineering. Only in this case you should drop a year and if you can score high in JEE Main. If you can spend your hours And hours daily for studying.
