i got IELTS sore of 5.5 can i apply for canada

no sorry vishnu.,, unfortunately you cant apply for canada with these bands..,, you need to score minimum 6 and 5.5 each..!! otherwise your visa will get reject no doubt..!! and if you are going for post gradution then you have to score overall band about 6 and 5.5 each..!! work hard
