I got IT at Manipal Jaipur and IT at IET Lucknow. which one is better in terms of placement, education, college life, and everything?

I got IT in IET in NRI quota. I am not so good in Phy ,Chem but I always got 100 in computer and 90+ in maths. Crowd in IET will be better in all subjecs while in MUJ it will be like me. I think teachers in IET will ignore me as I am bad in studies compared to other upsee toppers. where should I go?
