I got JEE Advanced air 7794 in Gen category so can I get any old IIT(B.Tech) and if so then branch changing is easier,moderate or tough

    according to my knowledge, all IITs are old.in this rank, you have a fair chance of getting an IIT, with your preferable branch (please check their seat matrix).Changing branch depends upon your performance in first year.
