I got KIET, Ghaziabad in ECE branch but I belong to Allahabad which is best to pursue B.Tech from KIET or United Allahabad?

You should go for KiET-Ghaziabad. KiET-Ghaziabad comes under the top 5 colleges of UPTU and top 50 private colleges in India. KiET is a better option than UCER-Allahabad in terms of academics and placements.

You choose the best one of the two. Don't just go by your nearby places and that is my experience. Always go for the better. If KIET is offering good number of placements then you should go for that one. Otherwise another.
