I got kt in 4 papers in first year bsc.cs.semester 1. Can I give these 4papers in semester 2? And can I get admission to 2nd year? Help me

I got 4 kts in semester one of first year.when can I give these kt exam and can I get admitted in 2nd year if I clear those kts ? Is it a drop if I get 4kt in sem 1only?? Can't I go to 2nd year if I clear sem 2?? Please help reply I am worried
