I got less marks in JEE Mains and haven't got admission in any government college. What should I do now? Should I drop an year?

try private college like Amity or LPU or galgotios and if you want to drop then you need to study about 8 hour a day for almost a year with no friend support and a ton of pressure I have seen people get IIT after a drop and seen them going to Amity even after drop . so at last it's all up to you if you can study drop a year if not take admission this year I am a dropper myself
