I got less than 50% in graduation.But I am doing oracle courses .my aim is to make carreer in IT.so what should be next step?

I got less than 50% in graduation (physics).but i am doing oracle courses.my aim to make carreer in IT .what should be next step?.because of less marks .many times I do not find such type of courses .sir,I have to become software developer.please suggest me proper type of course? and institute name.
