I got less then 50percentile in CAT and I also belong to obc category can I got call for GPI.

Please elaborate more about GPI for further details. However, if you are asking about FMS BHU, then the FMS BHU CAT cut off for 2019-2021 academic year batch was about 85% for shortlisting of candidates and will goes higher. Hence you are not eligible here.
