Keep yourself updated with all the recent news , follow some abstract topics on YouTube and increase creativity. Follow some management topics and statements even they can be given as a topic. There are two interviews , one would be your personal interview where they will evaluate you and ask questions about your personal self what are your hobbies , your ambitions etc. Other interview is a technical interview where you'd be asked about your graduation and work ex and projects if any . prepare well and all the best

GD topics : General awareness and abstract topics. SIESCOMS believes in the overall personality while selecting students. Two Rounds of personal interview (PI): a) Technical Interview: These interviews test your basic knowledge and look into your overall understanding. b) Competency based Interview: Competency or behavioral interviews are based on the idea that past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior. The interviewer will
want specific examples of when and how you demonstrated particular behaviors.
