It depends upon the job you have got, your long term and short term goals. MBA in long run help you to grow in your career. But, if you have got a decent job and don't want to study then you can take the job.

First, you should decide whether you want to go for UPSC or MBA. It is preferred to pursue MBA. After getting work experience if you go for UPSC then it is better to go for it as you are having a momentum and habit of studying.

    Hi Aditya,
I think it would largely depend on what you really are interested in. If MBA/ UPSC is what you aspire for and doing the job is also your priority, then you'll be able to find time, no matter what. Although jobs these days are often demanding, but if you are able to extract time off your hectic schedule, you might still be able to manage.

If job is your first priority, then it's advised to gain some work experience. Later, you can prepare for MBA/ UPSC exams. Though, there are a lot of people who simultaneously work and study for these exams and score good. However, it requires proper time management and immense dedication.
    Good luck.
