You need not take bar exam as you have graduated in 1995. Qualifying in bar exam is mandatory for graduates who have qualified in year 2009-10 and beyond.Write to your State Bar association and get correct information as of date.

No, AIBE exam is only for the students who are graduating from the year 2009-10. If you had the law degree before 2009-10 then you need not to sit in the AIBE exam to practice law in India.
