Yes, with 400 marks in NEET 2023, you have chances of getting into an MBBS Govt. College like American Int. Inst. of Med. Sc., Udaipur. However, the competition is extremely high and if you don't get a college in first round, don't lose hope. You will most definitely get a college in 2nd or 3rd roun
