I got NIT Nagpur chemical engineering in 1st round and I pay seat acceptance fees and FLOAT. Got no seat in 2,3,4 round. Do I still have.

If the candidate wants to keep the seat allotted but also wants to participate in the next round of counselling, he can choose the float option. This way, you can choose either seat allotted. So if your seat has not upgraded yet, please wait for upcoming rounds of counselling.
