I got offer from NIIT University for B.Tech CSE with 50% scholarship and also from UPES, Dehradun for B.Tech CSE but with no scholarship.

What should I do now?

In my personal view, I would prefer NIIT University over UPES-Dehradun, for the below mentioned reasons. If placements of NIIT are better than UPES then you should go for NIIT University. But I guess UPES is good in terms of placements. Its fee is high but it will give you a better education and placements as well.
