I got only 46% in B.Tech ECE. Can I go Canada for PG?

    Yes, you can apply for PG Diploma. It's a one-year programme and after that, you can take admission in MS or after PG Diploma, you can get the work permit of 1-year and then you can apply for PR after staying in Canada for 1000 days.

    It will be bit difficult to get admission at this score in foreign institutes. Generally the cut off for graduation is 60%.
